sHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

VENDORS DELIVERING OR TRANSPORTING THEIR OWN PRODUCT
Vendors bringing their own materials may use the guest elevators or Valet providing that the items being brought in are small enough to carry or cart in. The Bell Staff with the hotel will be available to assist transporting any large materials to the event space or the bell closet if storage is needed.
Delivery Vehicles that are planned on to deliver on property that cannot meet a clearance of 7'-6" will need to schedule a dock time with Ameristar's Warehouse Department; please call (720) 946-4226 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM (MST) to make arrangements. If the vehicle that is being used to deliver the product is remaining on property, they must park at the small overflow parking lot across the street of the east side entrance.
SHIPPING OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS
All exhibit materials must be shipped according to the standard listed below. Items are not to be delivered more than 48 hours prior to the event. Any exhibit shipments received by the hotel more than 48 hours prior to the event date will be assessed a handling fee of $5 per box or $50 per pallet. All items received will be stored at the hotel bell desk. All deliveries shall be labeled as such:
