Danada is the Director of the Mississippi DOT Professional Development Services division. Charlie is the Technical Training Coordinator for the Mississippi DOT. They serve as co-chairs to the ASCET Training and Education Committee.

Most members ask for ASCET to provide training to them for the NICET certification tests. The purpose of this committee is to coordinate the development and use of educational curriculum or programs which would be beneficial to the membership. The committee is responsible for accumulating training material suitable for presentations by local chapters.
This committee shall also maintain lists of schools offering engineering technology cirriculums; industry sponsored educational programs; and educational programs of other societies and certifying bodies that are recognized by ASCET.
The Arizona Local Technical Assistance Program (AZLTAP) exists to help local agencies use existing resources more efficiently and to cope with transportation problems by increasing their expertise through technical and management materials, training, and advice.
