The magazine is a bi-monthly publication distributed nationally and internationally. Advertising articles, pictures, news items and the like for a given issue must be received by the closing date. Material received after the closing date will be published in the next issue if still timely.

The Magazine is published for individuals in the Engineering Technology profession. It contains technical, educational, notices of upcoming events, employment opportunities, legislative and informational articles. Also included are national, regional and local society news, reports and activities.
The publisher reserves the right to edit all text in the interest of clarity and/or space available.
The Magazine is an 8-1/2" x 11 black and white publication containing 28-32 pages.
Defined as black and white positives or other camera ready material. However, color photographs which are clear and have sufficient contrast may be accepted. There is no size limit. All photographs must have the place, person, thing and date indicated on the back. None of this material is returnable.

Check must accompany advertisement unless prior arrangements have been made with the ASCET Office.
The advertiser will receive two copies of each issue containing the advertisement. Additional copies can be provided upon request.
Proofs are not supplied.
Cancellation instructions must be received prior to the closing date for a given issue or advertiser will be charged.
There are no concessions for the advertising rates. However, classified advertising is accepted at $.50 per word with a minimum charge of $8. There are no multiple issue discounts for classified advertising.
Advertising content and its position in the magazine are at the discretion of the editor and Publications Committee.
